Day 2 of Gratitude winners!

Mr. Marvin from Sandstone Psychology taught the 3rd graders a lesson on how to use a dictionary and gave every student a brand new dictionary. We were so excited!

Gratitude Week Day 1! Winner, winner, spaghetti dinner! Remember to have dinner with your families and fill out your slip for the daily drawing. Put you name and grade on the slip before putting it in the box.

Park View kids make sure to include everyone!

Today 1st graders learned how to write like an ancient Egyptian! We loved drawing Hieroglyphics in our Playdough. It was an epic time traveling back to ancient Egypt. We even learned how to write our own names.

Happy Veterans Day!

Veterans Day, We Say Thanks
Today we stand, our heads held high,
Under the blue and open sky.
We wave our flags, red, white, and blue,
To honor those who’ve fought for me and you.
Soldiers brave, both young and old,
Stories of courage, quietly told.
Marching strong, through night and day,
To keep our freedom safe, they found a way.
With hearts of gold, and spirits bright,
They faced the dark, they faced the fight.
So on this day, we give our cheer,
To show our thanks, so loud and clear.
Veterans, we thank you, near and far,
You are our heroes, our guiding star.
For all you’ve done, for all you give,
We honor you, for as long as we live.

Happy Veterans Day!
